In 2001 Emma established Matchsticks a boutique headhunting agency with her husband Tom with a view to offering a portfolio of talent management services to companies looking to build winning teams across Europe. Emma has 15 years management experience of hiring and retaining talented people that make a difference to a company’s bottom line. Emma’s interview coaching skills extend from graduate to board level appointments and have been in such great demand that Matchsticks and The CV Clinic have now developed a programme of interview workshops.
