Deborah Hernandez is the President of Leap Career, as well as Chief Recruiter. Her success lies in getting to know each client individually, so that she understands his or her needs and can locate an appropriate placement. Deborah will accept nothing less than a perfect fit for both corporate client and professional candidate, and considers herself a passionate advocate for fulfilling the desires of her clients. Originally from Maine, Deborah completed school in Germany, where she lived during Desert Storm. She volunteered for the American Red Cross overseas to help women whose husbands were involved in the ongoing military operation. Upon her return to the United States, Deborah went to work for the Allstate Corporation, where she proved an excellent insurance sales agent and served as Office Manager for five years. She specialized in property, casualty, life, and health insurance. Deborah soon made the leap to personnel recruitment, where she served clients in the fields of engineering and internet technology. Recruiting brought Deborah a new joy, the satisfaction of helping someone discover the career path of their dreams. Deborah resides with her family in downtown Chicago. want my name to be spoken in a business environment with conviction, at the end of the day I strive for my name and company name to be a strong name and a strong service provider. I created Leap Career after working for a company that did not believe in the same principals as me. I wanted to create an honest and reputable company where I no longer needed to call clients they called me because of the repuor that I developed with clients that refinances me out to their friends and colleagues. I am looking to work hard and smart. I want to show my family the world by traveling like I have. I want to show them what is out there to be had.
