Overall, best described as: "Eclectic interests with an entrepreneurial bent." Love to travel - both domestic and especially internationally. I currently speak frequently at "real world" investment conferences worldwide, and for organizations. I teach MBA's and Executives in Thailand every Summer for 5 weeks at the Sasin Business School in Bangkok. I write a periodic column for DIRECTOR magazine. I conduct corporate training worldwide for Apple. Spent ten years as a commercial fisherman in Alaska's Bearing Sea. I'm still crazy about boats, and own a 41' "cruizer", a 24' dive-n-fish boat, and a19' ski-wakeboard boat. Love to kayak, dive and fish. I'm a certified deep-water diver with Nitrox training/certification. I compete in triathlons 2-3 times per year - typically of Olympic distance. I worked for 1 1/2 years as a mechanical field engineer with Combustion Engineering/ABB. Played 3 years of rugby for Washington State U.
