Simce I was a young and girl old enough to know that I would need to plan for my future, I knew that I wanted to be a nurse. Though I started the process as soon as I graduated from high school and finished two sememsters to prepare me for that role, I found love, and couldn't see beyond that for that particular tiime in my life. However, in 1994, I finished my dreams and in 2008 obtained my BSN during recovery of a serious motorcycle accident. It is my intent to keep working until I obtain my MSN but have not yet decided if I will continue in the field where I am now, neonatology, or work in another area completely different from where I have worked since I first graduated, working with sick and healthy babies. I love to teach and may go that direction, but I know this: I am not finished yet!
