Completing first season as a Tax Professional with H & R Block. The challenge of additional training for the next tax season on the horizon. It has been rewarding to have the training to work with clients on current tax issues. To also be able to offer insight into preparing for the next season. Previous experience with employee management, scheduling and Federal protocols such as Family Medical Leave Act, discipline and awards within a Unionized environment, training, surpassing unit goals all provide background. This background and experience is conducive to creating an adaptive professional. In this position I was able to supervise units that were not meeting goals. Working together with the individuals already in place we streamlined e processes,cut overtime and fostered employee development to achieve and surpass unit goals. Incentive awards and performance awards are evidence of achievements.
