I specialise in a range of mainstream corporate work including public and private company financing, Full List and AIM IPO's, schemes of arrangement, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Whilst working for clients in a wide range of sectors, I have particular experience of undertaking equity capital market transactions and corporate transactions for clients in the media and technology sectors. I was made a Partner at Olswang in May 2008. I have worked in Olswang's corporate group since March 2000 prior to that I worked at Herbert Smith's London office.
