About Me Let me take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Joyce Heffner-Williams. I have lived in Monument Colorado for 20 years and in the Colorado Springs area for 37+ years. During that time I have established myself as a seasoned Realtor and raised my two sons, Troy and Todd. Troy who graduated from USC and just moved back to Colorado last year, and Todd who graduated from CSU and is working full time as a fireman in Colorado Springs. Terry Williams, my husband, is in the title business here in Colorado Springs. I have ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in the nation from 1987 and subsequent years.
