Global program manager, Delphi Corporation

I have worked for GM and Delphi for 25 years. I had worked in USA, Japan, Taiwan and China and my experiences covered Sales, Product Engineer and Program Management fields. When I was stationed in Japan (1991-1994), I was responsible for product applications for major customers Toyota, Suzuki, Isuzu and Daihatsu and suppliers such as Kyocera, NGK and Denso. In Taiwan (1994-1997), I set up Delphi Taiwan office and developed EMS businesses with China Engine Corporation. In China (1997-2003), I was the China Commercial Manager and I set up the sales organization and grew our divisional businesses in China from zero to over USD 200 million when I repatriated to USA in 2003. I was director of the Board on 3 Delphi joint ventures then, including as Vice Chairman of BDW EMS JV. I established very close relationship with top management of Chinese OEM’s. Today, I am currently a Board of Director of BDW EMS joint venture.
