Eric establish two Human Capital consulting and search firms and has led talent strategies for a strategy and process consulting firm. Further, he led a Strategic Business Unit for a global, multi-billion dollar, enterprise Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) provider. As a lean practitioner, Eric has led Talent-based Process Transformation at Fortune 500 corporations. Eric built the lean teams for a number of Fortune 500 companies, private equity & venture capital-backed organizations, and is an expert in assessing, acquiring, assimilating and leveraging Lean DNA.
