Cecile Wiltshire has spent 12 years in the corporate environment heading up a number of business units including the Marketing Division of a corporate with a multi-million Rand marketing budget and the Client Service Division of a leading direct advertising agency in SA. Her Honours degree in Advertising coupled with her extensive experience across a variety of business categories including Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Advertising, Publishing and Management Training assisted her in establishing her own Consultancy in 2004. Her clients include The Edcon Group of Companies, Vodacom, LifeWorld, The Consultant Powerhouse and Lesoba Difference, to mention a few. Cecile is also a certified Coach and dedicates a third of her time to Coaching and Management Training. She is results focussed and loves a challenge, especially one that will allow tangible improvement in productivity, efficiency or profitability. Cecile is passionate about people and assist in growing, developing and empowering individuals to reach new standards of excellence through her coaching and management training skills. She believes that she has a gift for getting to the “real issues” and her energy and passion is contagious. Cecile’s business skills are balanced by her participation in water-skiing and extreme sports and last but not least, husband Keith and cats Jinx and Jade help to keep her feet on the ground. COACHING EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Cecile is an Accredited Certified Coach with the International Coaches Federation (ICF), and a member of, the ICF. To ensure ongoing learning, growth and development in the coaching arena, Cecile belongs to a network of inter-dependant coaches who have recently started an ICF Chapter in Gauteng.
