I retired 3 years ago after 35 years of teaching. I love theater, music, cats, riding my motorcycle.
Professional Summary
I spent 35 years as a Speech/Language Pathologist in the Public Schools. I must say that I loved my work but do not miss it since I retired. It seems I have so many other interests and ambitions that I now have time to pursue, e.g. singing, acting, volunteering for "Friends of the Library," writing newsletters, being on Executive Boards of various groups or program committees, etc. etc. It all may sound boring to you, but I didn't have much time to do all these things when I was teaching full-time. I am now on the School Board, and hope to give something worthwhile back to the School District that was so good to me for 35 years.

Bonnie Baker I saw "Sugar" tonight at UMD. I loved it!! I was sooo entertained. So much talent. Andy R. and Tom Benson were in it and I've been in shows with them before. The tap dancing was fantabulous!! Makes me want to practice more. Oct 31, 2009 via Facebook
