I provide results driven business coaching and mentoring services for both large and small companies. Services focus on sales performance improvement, sales leadership development and sales time management. Everything I do is focussed on enabling or accelerating business growth and I get great satisfaction from helping both companies and individuals reach and exceed their business growth objectives. I provide an "external eye" for the companies I work with, helping them to see things they might otherwise miss and promoting pragmatic self awareness in those I work with. I have a 21 year history in IT and Telecom business sales, working at a senior level for several multinational organisations where I led successful European teams selling complex solutions at director level. I have also worked at board level (director and non exec) for a number of smaller companies, introducing strategies that resulted in significant sustained growth.
