Fifteen years experience in assessing organisational culture and climate, identifying key culture drivers, designing and implementing approaches to establish new leadership styles and organisational cultures. Also experienced in programme and project manager, client relationship manager and line manager roles. I have also sailed on the Mediterranean and UK racing circuit in a variety of fleets since 1987. In addition to my racing career, I have solid cruising and charter experience on both power and sailing yachts. I am currently working on a project for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
