Tom Vair

I started in 1987 with the Rockwell Telecom division as Engineering Lab Technologist and transitioned through Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering & Industrial Engineering before managing the Quality organization for the Georgetown, ON facility. Alcatel purchased Rockwell in 1991. By 2001 I was managing 2 manufacturing teams, Customer R&R, ISO Quality Program, Customer Service & Extended Warranty Program & the Order Management group. After a brief "hiatus”, I re-joined Alcatel in 2003 in the Canadian Proposal group, which transitioned to a full North American team in 2004. I have produced over 3.9 Billion dollars in RFx responses since that time.
