Mark O'Krafka

Broker, RE/MAX Real Estate Centre

I am a real estate broker specializing in helping people enjoy the benefits of home ownership in Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas in Ontario Canada. I have always enjoyed experiencing other countries and cultures and in 1975 I was fortunate enough to represent Canada at the "Childrens International Summer Village" in Sweden with participants from 10 different nations. The organization promoted world peace through children. This experience left a lasting impression on me and I continue to take advantage of every opportunity to discover new places and interesting people. Since my grandfather strapped on my first pair of skates at the age of two I have loved the game of hockey. So after playing junior and senior hockey in Victoria B.C. when offered the chance to spend a year travelling the South Pacific playing hockey in the "Australian Super Legue" and representing New South Wales in the Australian National Championship (the Goodall Cup) I jumped at it. I still enjoy playing year round even though the "wheels have fallen off" but am slowly transitioning into golf. Upon returning to Cambridge in 1987 I embarked on my real estate career. Becoming a broker in 1991 I put those skills to work as selling manager before being recruited to a national real estate franchise and put in charge of marketing. However, training people to market their services only ignited my passion for working with home buyers and sellers. So I returned to residential real estate sales with a renewed passion and enthusiasm and have never looked back. If I can ever be of service to you or any of your clients never hesitate to contact me.
