Responsible for pre and post contract works, preparation of contract document, evaluation reports, material specification, bill of quantities, variations, site measurement, site meeting, and certified progress payment and final account settlement; Supervise the preparation of specifications, condition, taking off quantities and tendering documents for submission to Consultants and Architect for tender; Keep close liaison with Architect, Designer, Structural & M&E consultants in preparation of tender and executions of projects;
