Vice President, Real Estate Focus

Ms. Howe began her business career in the hospitality industry in San Diego. Starting with a national chain of upscale Mexican restaurants she soon became part of the training staff responsible for interviewing and training personnel for new locations in California and Arizona. She moved on to join another established restaurant corporation as a part of their management team to work at their San Diego locations. Subsequently she became a restaurant manager for an international resort hotel company at their location in San Diego. In the early 1990’s Ms. Howe changed her management focus to become Director of Operations for Public Policy Focus. There she coordinated political campaigns throughout California, organized grass roots efforts, speaker bureaus, focus groups, and managed permanent employees and volunteers. By 1996, Ms. Howe had moved on to property management, followed by joining Real Estate Focus, Inc as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Howe’s focus today is commercial real estate and the arranging of privately financed real estate loans.
