Résumé in english: - Started my career at the Ministry of Foreign affairs in Paris at the minister’s cabinet. I’ve been involved with several crisis situations: the collapse of the Soviet Union, the invasion of Iraq, and many diplomatic situations ; that a was a great learning experience with no time off and no schedules. - Worked with UNICEF in the past as an emergency officer in ex-Yugoslavia (war zones; Sarajevo and Dubrovnik during the bombings), Russia and CIS countries, South Africa (Namibia, Zimbabwe and South African Republic). After that interesting experience, I joined the prime Minister’s office in Paris to be in charge of international civil servants department. Then I went back to the Ministry of Foreign affairs in its think tank (Centre d’Analyse et de Prévision) before being posted back in Russia for four years up to 2001. From that date up to January this year, I’ve been in charge of business intelligence within the French administration first in Paris then in Lyon. - I am now based in France next to Geneva and looking for a position. I've got 20 years experience in international field. Since January this year, I’ve chosen to go on leave from my administrative career in order not to go back to Paris. I am currently teaching business intelligence at the Lyon 3 (Jean Moulin) faculty of Law in a Master2 (fifth year).
