With nearly 40 years in radio programming, radio management and radio software, Michael Dalfonzo brings to Abacast high-level personal relationships within the radio industry and a deep understanding of a broadcast property’s foundation for financial success. Holding nearly every position in a radio station, Dalfonzo served at various stations as Station Manager, Program Director, Music Director, on-air talent and major market morning show host. Michael was Director, Industry Affairs at RCS, the leading supplier of software for radio. He was the co-founder, owner and operator for a hardware firm called The Computer People, and was later the principal partner in Radio Plus, a radio consulting company which provided both broadcast programming strategies as well as project management for database marking research projects at major radio stations.
