SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Founder, Chmn, CEO and shareholder of publicly held Information Technology solutions company with market presence in the Southeastern US which attained a market capitalization in excess of $350 million within two years. • Founder, Chmn, CEO and owner of a specialty materials/industrial minerals company which serves large industrial/chemical company base. • Financial advisor and minority interest owner to one of the world’s largest paper recycling facilities, which completed $228 million of financing in January 1995 and began start-up of operations in July 1996. • Co-founding partner in a start-up investment banking firm that grew to over 150 employees with annual sales in excess of $25 million and completed combined financing transactions of over $250 million within two years. • Performed various corporate finance, syndication and distribution functions which participated in the successful completion of over $2 billion of financing during the decade of the eighties. • Structured and placed financing for such technology as; cable television, conversion of black and white motion picture films into color, mercury detection device for drilling rigs, ATM debit cards, color video telephones, color FAX transmissions; various types of manufacturing and; various commercial real estate for hotel, shopping center, and multi-family housing projects.
