“What is essential and worthwhile to mention?” I really hope my description gives a fair view of what I have achieved and what I in the future can achieve. I have a good knowledge within modern electronics as I have been active in the electronics area all this time and been always active at the frontier of the technology. I have been a teacher within the area, a researcher within the area and also a senior designer in several modern semiconductor processes: - High voltage bipolar technology (90V and 400V) - High voltage CMOS technology - Low voltage CMOS technology (0.13um at present) I was active as a teacher at the Royal Institute of Technology between 1974 and 1989 a period during which I developed not only within the areas of education but also related areas on the syllabus of the EE departments at the Royal Institute of Technology. I have been responsible for lectures and other education activities including generation of student material within: - Digital electronics - Analog electronics - Low noise amplifiers and systems - Solid state electronics During my years at the Royal Institute of Technology I was also heavily involved in Electron Beam Lithography research which was also my area of Licentiate thesis. In 1988 I started with Ericsson Microelectronics as an analog designer. My most recent assignment is power management units and analog front end concept engineering in our recent DECT circuits. I was 1994 appointed manager responsible for hiring and training junior engineers to our company. I was responsible for this hiring and training for almost 10 years during which I hired and trained almost 100 Electrical Engineers. I have in different time frames been involved in quality related tasks both product quality and internal process quality as well as qualification of circuits. I have also been responsible for the environmental assessment regarding our products including material declarations. Specialties: I have been chairman of the Engineering community (Civilingenjörsförbundet) locally for more than 10 years. I have also been a member of the company board (as an employee representative) during this time. Experiences are: negotiations of all kinds, salary principles and setting, reduction discussions, business decisions and discussions etc. etc
