The Emrani Family of Downtown Los Angeles based, Venice Investments, has recruited Andrew Yim as Director of Acquisitions & Lending. With a strong background in private investment anspeculation, Andrew will be responsible for the identification, evaluation and consummation of Venice's new investments. He will be focusing on further developing Venice's presence in Southern California and Las Vegas. Andrew has spent his entire career apprenticing Principals of private investment groups. Prior to joining Venice, Andrew served as Director of Acquisitions & Lending for NXT Equities, a boutique private investment firm which is the primary investment vehicle for Rolling Hills Estates based Investor Michael Wladman. Prior to NXT, Andrew spent time working with Mega-Broker Raju Chhabria who sold more than $200M of Estate Homes in 2009; Al Womble of the Womble Group, a long Beach based VC and with Long Beach based Investor Mark Malan, Principal of Accrued Financial Services Inc. He has been involved in the entitlement, management and development of 1,000 units and 500,000 SF of retail space.
