Thus we bring strategy, people and processes into alignment which optimizes opportunities to achieve sustainable profitable growth which every company wants. Along the way we come across “Stages of Growth” issues or growing pains, usually in the areas of technology, communication, people etc. and we have a range of projects to address these (new product development, executive search, market analysis, competitor analysis, acquisitions and divestitures, preparing companies for sale, etc. We also get involved in team building and leadership development, resulting from the fact that when strategies fail, it wasn’t that the strategy was wrong, but that the execution was flawed, and execution is about people.
