From Retail to Construction, and now in Engineering, I am an Industrial Psychology major graduate who has the passion to go forward in life and the energy to accomplish it. My 3 years HR experience has helped me develop into my generalist role at Parsons Brinckerhoff Africa. When I am not delving into disciplinary cases, CCMA and shutdowns, I spend my time deciding what my team is going to have for lunch. To counter the effect of our constant eating, we have taken on adventurous and exciting Pilates lessons. I maintain my bubbly and chirpy spirit at home and have received God’s favour in remaining humble in the midst of all situations. I live by the mottos “If you can dream it, you can achieve it” and “no pain, no gain!”
