After watching a video of The "Secret" I received little direction. Although I was inspired, I was also confused. What I did next turned out to be awesome. I meditated and visualized my goals knowing the positive vibrations would be echoed by the universe. How weird is that? As it turned out, not weird at all. This business was attracted to me and the personal development and financial wealth has followed. You see, I was involved in corporate America for over 20 years. Along with that came suits, ties, disgruntled fellow workers, traffic, 60 hour weeks, and work stress. Today that's all behind me. I now work from home in sweats and flip-flops. No employees or politics. No traffic or work stress. I work when I choose and people like yourself are attracted to this marketing platform. Wow, what a life. And the really neat concept is that I get to help people do the same. Zig Ziglar said it best, "You can have everything in life that you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want." I am here to help! I have always envisioned myself doing what I’m passionate about and then finding a way to make money doing it. Helping people achieve the success they desire has always been my passion. The laws of the universe have now brought these two elements together for me in this business. Dabbling in side business for years never seemed to work until I really scoured the library and the internet. I educated myself. I read numerous biographies of successful and wealthy people and found there was some common ground in each case. They had mentors, they had good business and marketing plans, they guided people through their challenges, and they surrounded themselves with quality people - people with integrity who were good in areas where they were lacking. Unlike poor people who think life happens to them - rich and successful people say, I create success and wealth. This all made good, logical sense to me. So I asked myself - "what do I want" and "what am I going to do about it." The answers to what I wanted are discussed above - the answer to what am I going to do about it is discussed below. When I discovered this business I was unsure, to say the least. However, the more people I spoke with and the more due diligence I did, the more excited I became. The easy money plans that are rampant on the internet and want to fill your garages with vitamins and fruit juices are merely schemes to make someone else rich. But here I found a group of like-minded people, people with integrity and positive mind sets, who really wanted what I wanted - to help people achieve. It made me think back on all the dabbling I did for all those years and had nothing to show for it. I am now doing both – I help people and I have my own business. Fear is the biggest drawback to wealth - Everybody has fears! The difference is rich and successful people don't let fear stop them. Nothing can stop me now - I'm in the people and money game to win.
