Ricardo Amaral is the Managing Director of Ferraz do Amaral Consultores Associados, a consulting company for Organizational Development and Strategic Planning. He has a broad business experience acquired throughout more than 35 years in companies such as Dow Chemical and Votorantim Group. As an executive, he had a diversified career in areas such as Manufacturing, Sales, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Research & Development Human Resources and Marketing, with a broad international experience, which included one year working at Dow USA. He worked across all HR disciplines in both Dow and Votorantim Agroindustrial (Citrovita).As a consultant, developed several projects related to Organizational Development, Compensation, Process Management and Strategic Planning. His focus today has been the executive coaching activity. Ricardo is a Chemical Engineer, graduated from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, and attended a master’s of business administration from FEA-USP in São Paulo. He speaks fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish.
