Mr. Gould has been a founder, lead partner, executive officer, of multiple technology-based wireless communications companies including an industry leader in public safety wireless mobile data systems, automobile theft-tracking, and a manufacturer of radio signal intercept and location systems utilized by the intelligence and regulatory communities. Mr. Gould is also the holder of numerous patents (US 6,947,755 B1, US 6,934,548 B1, US 6,756,917 B2, US 7,577,421 B2) in the field and also designed and was awarded FAA STC’s on aircraft he modified for law enforcement & military intelligence. He has also served as senior sales and marketing executive with extensive experience in the wireless and public safety sectors. Mr. Gould has also been the lead business development officer to develop corporate strategic alliances, corporate partnering, M&A, and SEC compliant corporate funding.
