Having a diverse background in management and business development over the last 20 years, I relocated in FL and became fully invested in the real estate industry. Having experienced the economic "boom" through 2006 I made a decision to shift my efforts towards home retention with a few other leaders around the country also seeing the writing on the wall. The last four years, to that end, have been focused on loss mitigation solutions for lender/servicers and the real estate industry at large, as advocacy for the communities across the country. As a result, I have been apart of developing the foundation for what is today the (HAFA program) Homes Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives under the Making Homes Affordable Plan. We have become the foremost authority and contracted provider for HAFA education for several state real estate associations, national industry organizations, and mortgage companies to name a few.. Currently I am a national speaker/educator for AssetPlanUSA on the subject in addition to consulting our real estate professional’s network and other industry partners.
