Freida Keller is a lifelong resident of south Louisiana. She spent her childhood in Ville Platte and has lived in the Broussard/Youngsville area since 1985. She is married to Ed Keller and together they have raised four children. Freida has been an RN for 32 years. Freida is a Certified Health Professional and Global Director with Take Shape For Life. As co-founder of Acadiana Life Change, Freida has formed a team of health coaches. Together, they have reached across the United States and assisted many people to successfully battle obesity and begin their journey to optimal health. Freida has lowered her cholesterol from 254 to 167. She has lost 127 pounds in 10 months and gone from a size 24 to a size 6.
