First Assistant Manager, McDonald's

I have worked for McDonald's for 19 years. I love people. I had hopes of being a teacher and have found that the challenges of hiring, training and coaching kids through their first job is awesome. Some of those kids aren't kids anymore and have college degrees and are getting masters degrees and PhD's. I like to know that I can help people to find the best in themselves and the courage to see it through.
