I am very good at working with smaller contractors. I like the one-on-one connections I can make with the owners. I am usually able to develop loyalty compared to the larger contractors who buy from whoever is cheapest that day. I used to make a very good living at this, but with the economy and building way down my pay has been cut by 2/3rds! I just keep praying that God will deal with those out to trash and ruin the country He gave to us. With God, all things are possible! Hopefully our President will get the picture and do the will of the people, not the will of the people in the Ivory Tower.
