Danco Davcev, Ph.D. in Computer Science. He was a Visiting Fulbright Research Professor at several Universities in USA working on Distributed Systems, Distance Education projects, cross-cultural educational programs. He is currently a full professor and head of Computer Science department as well as head of EU Open and Distance Learning Center at the University "Sts. Cyril & Methodius", Skopje (Macedonia). He has more than 250 research journal and conference papers and three books. He is editor of the Springer book ICT Innovations 2009. His research interests include Multimedia, Wireless Network Systems, Intelligent Information and Decision support Systems, Distance Learning Systems, Management Information Systems, GRID and Cloud computing.
