Jean Grant-Sutton

Jean Grant-Sutton is owner/director of BodyWorks Yoga, Inc. in Petaluma Ca. She has spent the last 25 years studying and practicing yoga. Her vision for BW's was to bring a center to Petaluma to provide a respite from the toil and chaos of the outer world and help people take refuge in the peace and calm found by going inward. She spent 15 years as a massage therapist as another service to connect people to their body/mind. She strongly supports both these modalities as preventative health care and as a way to take good care of oneself so that they may help take care of others in their lives and the world. She is the mother of two and grandmother of 3.
