Fahmy HaggagPresident and Chief Engineer, Advanced Technology Corporation I received two MS degrees in nuclear and materials engineering from the University of Alexandria and University of California, Santa Barbara (1976 and 1980). I worked for the Egyptian Atomic Energy Authority, Idaho National Engineering Laboratory, Battelle Columbus Laboratory, Oak Ridge National Laboratory before incorporating Advanced Technology Corporation (ATC) in 1988. I have more than 80 publications and co-edited a book on small specimen and in-situ test techniques. I am the inventor and developer of the Stress-Strain Microprobe (SSM) system and its Automated Ball Indentation (ABI) technique for in-situ/nondestructive measurement of trensile and fracture toughness properties. ATC innovative SSM systems are now solving structural integrity problems in many national labs, industries, and universities in three continents. |
