The Center for Collective Intelligence (http://cci.mit.edu) focuses upon the following research question: How can people and computers be connected so that—collectively—they act more intelligently than any individuals, groups, or computers have ever done before?

My work is currently focused upon developing new ways to help large numbers of people communicate about, and possibly solve, the problems associated with global climate change.

Charles River (http://www.cra.com) is a small company, that specializes in the development of applied AI solutions for a variety of government sponsors. As a scientist at Charles River, I developed many decision support platforms in a variety of domains including medicine & epidemiology, command & control, and threat prediction.
