Windy Yang, a Taiwanese travel writer, gourmet writer and Onsen/SPA Culture writer and promoter,also known as the ‘Spa Lady’, has spent her last 30 years traveling to hundreds hot springs (onsen) and spa resorts to discover and study about the healing tourism, the most promising industry of SPA! In spring 1999, Spa Lady Windy worked and lived in 4 Japanese top thermal spring resort hotels as waitress and Okami (lady owner) for two months. Japan newspapers as Asahi Shimbun, Yomiuri Shimbun and local dailies widely reported Windy’s special experiences and called Windy "The Spa Ambassador from Taiwan".
