Yves DalebrouxI am a very engaged human passionate. I consider quality and loyalty as decisive criteria in treating business. Team spirit and open communication are values that are essential to me. Alumni of the International Hospitality Management School of Lausanne (Graduated in 2001), I always have invested my time in customer service excellence. After my studies I remained in the hospitality industry caring about the wealth of the customers by supervising the different teams in their daily work. I thereafter managed customer service and logistics in the domain of Sales Force enhancement, handling a portfolio of diversified customer (from SME to Multinational), through worldwide rollouts of programs. Since 2006 I have been delivering full support and engagement as Executive Assistant to a Chief Financial Officer. Next to my assistant duties I managed a project for the implementation of a new accounting system at the company headquarters. I have developed special competencies in managing worldwide rollouts, handled multicultural issues by proposing best solutions. I have proven high flexibility and adaptation to different assignments that I took over besides my tasks. I like to be challenged and deliver qualitative results. I perceive communication essential for optimal teamwork I am truly dedicated to my assignments when they are aligned with my values (professional and personal). I prioritize negotiating solutions to satisfy every party involved in an issue. I take actions according to given objectives and I dedicate myself in trying to overpass them. In situation of stress I like to analyze and consider every elements prior to taking a decision, in order to ensure the best compromise. |
