Dave, retired from IBM after 38 years of service. While with IBM he served as an HR Professional , Staffing and Professional Development manager, and a Executive and Management Coach. He is a creative and flexible leader with proven organization skills and high commitment in career counseling, personal and business coaching, employee assistance programs and career development. Dave also served a Senior Consulting Learning Consultant. He interfaced with Sales Directors and managed a five million dollar education budget, recommended skills development and training programs for sales representatives. Dave is a Certified Professional Coach with 10 years of coaching experience. He is owner and president of his own practice, Eagle’s Wings Coaching. Dave currently is on the Coles School of Business Coaching Advisory Board and a Coaching Supervisor in the Management Coaching Certificate Program
