Diverse background in HR,Education & Heathcare Advocacy with rich experiences working on high performance teams,comfortable both leading or teamplayer.HR(training, recruiting,career transition coach,compensation,work life balance projects,OD) Served in large organizations(state government ,universities & corporate) in traditional roles in addition to consultant to major clients nationally based from home office. My Most Challenging, yet MOST REWARDING job (which is truly a special privilege)is that which evolved from my family upbringing & HR interests; an Eldercare Assistant-Caretaker to my precious mother-shown here on photo .(currently serving in this role, while working pt from home office) My community volunteer work rolls over into all aspects of my life in a tremendously positive way.Incorporating the principles from the bible in my own life(as advocated to others in my work as a bible teacher) is what makes all the difference in achieving success in my personal & business endeavors.
