Professional Experience: Cashbook Funding, Inc., Loveland, Colorado 2002-Present President/CEO as well as manager/director of the daily operation of this private fund which evaluates and invests in the acquisitions and development of projects in the U.S. and Mexico. In addition to real estate projects, I have also evaluated and funded several manufacturing ventures. I am in the process of selling company Fort Collins, Colorado 1999-2002 I was a broker of funds for a factoring company before consolidating my clients into Cashbook Funding, Inc. (see above.) W. We offered such services as accounting and payroll services, tax preparation, insurance products, financial services and products, and estate planning. We served over 1,300 clients with a staff of 14. Alpine Bath & Kitchen Design, Longmont, Colorado 1976-1983 Owned and operated a manufacturing facility with 7 employee that produced and installed cabinets and counter tops for the residential and commercial markets. Halliburton Oil Well Service Co., Jakarta, Indonesia 1973-1976 Chief Accountant manager/director of accounting and clerical staff of 18 and reporting to the regional office in Singapore and home office in Duncan, Oklahoma, USA. I was also responsible for governmental reporting for compliance and taxation. I over-saw plant and facilities and the design and construction of the corporate offices in Jakarta in preparation for the start-up of operations. Halliburton Oil Well Service Co., Singapore, Singapore 1972-1973 Accounting Manager/Director where I trained the local staff in the policies and procedures of Halliburton and reported directly to the South East Asia Comptroller. Duncan, Oklahoma 1969-1972 As an Internal Auditor, for both domestic and international operations, the scope of my reviews included financial records, cash accounts, and verified equipment and material inventory at some of Halliburton's many world wide locations. I also worked in the international accounting office in preparation for my overseas assignment. U.S. Army, Fort Carson, Colorado 1963-1966 I was trained as a medic/surgical specialist and served a field medical battalion. My day job was the Battalion Training Non-commissioned Officer (NCO) and was responsible for the daily training activity for the men. I attained the rank of Specialist E-5. Panhandle Telephone Coop., Guymon, Oklahoma 1967-1968 Bookkeeper where I prepared hand posted ledgers and spread sheets and extracted the monthly balance sheet and income statements. I also worked with a mechanical billing machine.
