I am a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from B.I.T.S., Pilani, with varied Techno- commercial experience of 29 years in various industries. At present I am working with Auto-Component Industry as Director – Operations. I am heading two Manufacturing Plants, having three Product Lines [ Special Type of Bearings and Gears ] . Turnover of the Company is 80 Crores. Both the manufacturing Plants are situated in one of the Industrial Areas of Nashik. I am a “Turn-a-rounder”, and have converted loss making units into Profit earning units. This is achieved by way of Quality & Productivity Improvements by the Motivated Team through Focused efforts, under my Leadership. One of the greatest achievements of my career is achieving more than 50% growth per year for two consecutive years followed by a growth of 30 %in third year--- all this through productivity improvements. I have traveled abroad 16 times for Machine Selection & Tryout work and as well for visiting Overseas Customers’ Plants for discussion over technical subjects.
