Three years experience teaching elementary school as a long term substitute. Focus on differentiated instruction and hands on learning to understand WHY things work. I try to make learning a lifelong endeavor that includes fun. Masters of Education in Best Practices completed in 2009. Previous background was in engineering management at a large high tech company. I have a strong background in technology and understand why and what students need to learn to be functional in our changing society. My background in management has laid an excellent foundation for teaching.
