As Lighting Showroom Manager at Capt. Rod Sullivan, saw a notable increase in sales and profits from the time of becoming manager until leaving the organization 11 years later. Started County Electric Supply store from the ground up; had the store up and running in four months, saving the organization $20,000 in start-up costs.
