I am in my 20th year of consulting. My company, PEQ, has facilitated a dynamic career working with non profit agencies, school districts, and healthcare organizations. I am quite humbled by the numerous accolades I have received regarding my entertaining and professional presentation skills as a trainer/facilitator. I am passionate about the work I do, and therefore, participants and clients are always intrigued and motivated to learn while making great changes in their respective organizations. I have also experienced tremendous success as a grant writer; strategic planner; team-building specialist; curriculum and evaluation expert; Board development consultant; and coach to many local and state leaders. I look forward to working with organizations as a true collaborator in service to others. That is the greatest benefit I receive from my work, and it definitely manifests itself through my commitment and work.
