Today Marc Wevers is account manager at KBC Real Estate. He is end tot end responsable for the management of part of the KBC Real Estate portfolio. The assetmanagement, propertymanagement, building and financial management and commercial management of major real estate objects owned by KBC related companies are part of the job. He initiates the strategy for the managed portfolio (desinvestments, commercial activities, ...). Graduated as a civil engineer in 89 he started his carreer with several years of experience in construction and engineering by famous engineering companies (Coppée-Lavalin and Technum), afterwards he joined KBC facilities, one of his former clients. Here he became an experienced procesmanager for the facility management of KBC's large buildings and as project manager for major building projects. This formed the basis for his actual job as account manager at KBC Real Estate
