Joe Risse is currently with Rissent - Real Estate Valuation & Consulting. He has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 2004. His background also includes five years in urban planning in the private sector and eight years in software development with a focus on business and financial applications. Mr. Risse has a wide range of experience valuing properties throughout California. He has performed valuations on a variety of property types including, but not limited to, community shopping centers and other retail establishments, single- and multi-tenant industrial buildings, low-rise office buildings, mixed-use facilities, residential buildings, vacant land used for various purposes, restaurants, recreational vehicle parks, service stations, bowling centers, and used car lots. Mr. Risse has also performed valuations on proposed, partially completed, renovated, and existing structures.
