Projects covering Customer Care and IVR solution implementations, PBX and WorkForce Management solutions, and global-scale roll-out of new communications infrastructure for #6 global brand and #1/#3 global mobile providers.

As the Content Group Manager my responsibilities ranged from managing the content team, responsible for all content on Vodafone Live! (WAP) and WEB portals, research and procurement of new content providers and day-to-day operations of the department.

In addition, I acted as prime contact for handset customization and testings well as retaining certain responsibilities (Project Management) from my previous position with the company.

The implementation of Vodafone Messenger into the Mobilkom Austria Group, where I acted as the group project manager for three companies (Mobilkom AT, Si.mobil Slovenia and VIP.net Croatia), and co-ordinated the project teams within the three companies, as well as liaison between the suppliers (Followap ltd., Israel) and Vodafone (GP&S, Germany). Unfortunately, the project was stopped at the start of the implementation phase, since it was decided by the project team (and confirmed by the steering committee), that the project was not financially viable.
