My professional philosophy is "world-class" customer service involves earning respect as a trusted advisor through client advocacy. After attending Douglass College, I worked for a wide range of companies emcompassing financial software consulting, marketing, manufacturing and distribution. Handling customer concerns and vendor relations for over 20 years, also involved the structuring of daily operations and ever changing business requirements. During my career, I served on a committee for internal auditing and a committee for building Trust in the workplace. My natural disposition is to help others and see others succeed. In addition to taking care of clients, I enjoy working with a team of professionals who are as committed to client service as I am. As the Client Account Manager, I am the internal point of contact person and maintain and document constant communication with clients, while assisting the Sales Team as the most consistent revenue earner for the company.
