Michelle Kalhorn

I love my husband Robin (to whom I've been married since September 21, 1996). We have two cats: Puck (a part-Maine Coon/part-American shorthair tabby) and Jake (an American shorthair tabby). We've lived in Houston, Texas, since June 6, 2001 ("D-Day" -- which to us means "Destination Day" as well as the better-known historical meaning). I'm usually pretty quiet unless there's something I really want to say. I'm also kind of a homebody, although I do like to take road trips (something which I think will become a luxury now that gas prices have increased). I like to read (both non-fiction and fiction). I am a born-again Bible-believing Christian, and Robin and I attend a small Calvary Chapel fellowship less than a mile from our home. We enjoy the verse-by-verse expository teaching and the warm fellowship. I also enjoy fishing, working out, cooking, listening to music, surfing the 'Net, chatting online with friends, and watching certain TV programs (most of them crime-solving dramas). I would like to be a medical transcriptionist someday.
