Its a busy, stressful, demanding job, but I love it. There are some days when I feel like my job is truly thankless, it can be frustrating, but then every once in a while I make a deeper connection with a caller that I touched, and they say "thank you", and it means the world to me because I feel their gratefulness through the phone. |
